1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By browsing techidaily.com, registering an account, or downloading any TechIDaily application, you enter into a legally binding agreement with TechIDaily. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use our services.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Software License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our web services and use our native applications in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit, or create derivative works of our software, or use our platform to distribute malicious code or violate applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We provide a self-service account deletion workflow with a 30-day recoverable grace period. You may revoke active device sessions or request data removal at any time through the TechIDaily Account Center.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are processed directly by Apple Inc. and are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as well as the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.

Web-based service access and TechIDaily Credits are billed transparently. Any billing dispute may be submitted to our customer support team for review within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, software code, and editorial content associated with TechIDaily and its products are the exclusive property of TechIDaily or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services and software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechIDaily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
