Information we handle

• Account identifiers such as email or phone, a securely hashed password and optional profile details.
• Product access, entitlements, purchases and registered devices needed to provide connected products.
• Support messages plus limited request, security and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

• To create and secure accounts, restore access and synchronize participating products.
• To provide purchases, entitlements, licenses, device controls and support.
• To prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve reliability.

Cookies and advertising

• Essential HttpOnly cookies secure account sessions. A separate language cookie remembers your choice for one year.
• No Google ad-serving script loads while the site is under AdSense policy review. Ownership is verified without serving ads through the account meta tag and ads.txt. Ads may be enabled only on eligible substantive publisher content after approval and required consent controls.
• Cloudflare Turnstile loads only during password recovery to prevent automated abuse.

Service providers

• Cloudflare provides hosting, network security and Turnstile. Resend delivers recovery email. Google provides advertising on eligible public pages.
• We do not sell your account profile. Providers process data under their own terms for the services described here.

Retention and your choices

• You can edit supported profile fields, revoke devices, download your data and request account deletion in Account Center.
• Self-service deletion starts a 30-day recoverable stage before permanent deletion. Support remains available for access, correction or recovery; records required for security, transactions or law may be retained as applicable.
• You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

Product-specific privacy

• Apps, games and browser extensions can process different information. Review the notice linked from the relevant store listing or product before use.

Email privacy support

For privacy questions or a data request, email from the address connected to your account. Never send a password, recovery link or payment credential.
