Why can’t I play MP4 files on my Galaxy S23 Tactical Edition?

Came upon incompatibility problems playing MP4 videos on Samsung Galaxy S23 Tactical Edition? Due to codec issues, some MP4 files will not play on Samsung Galaxy S23 Tactical Edition. To be able to play these MP4 files, you will need to convert them first.

“Hi, any ideas why my Samsung Galaxy S23 Tactical Edition doesn't play MP4 videos. I've copied several MP4 clips onto my SD card.
