Some MP4 won't play on my Galaxy S23+

Unable to play MP4 files on your Samsung Galaxy S23+? Your MP4 files probably contain video or audio codec that your device doesn’t support. If that’s the case, you will need to convert them first. This guide explains how to do this in detail.

Part 1. MP4 conversion suggestion for Samsung Galaxy S23+ (on Windows)

To convert MP4 video files for Samsung Galaxy S23+ playback on Windows, do as below:

Download and install Video Converter on your Windows computer.

Step 1: Import your video files
Click “Add File” to load your video files that you want to convert into this program.

Step 2: Select output format for Samsung Galaxy S23+
